It is possible to arrive on any day of the week.
Dogs fee is Euro 10,- per day (without food).
Payment
If you make a booking, we ask for a deposit of Euro 500,-. This payment can be transferred to one of the following accounts:
account no. 96410-723-546, sorting code (BLZ) 14000, Bank für Arbeit und Wirtschaft,
A-9020 Klagenfurt, or
account no. 100-270-005, sorting code (BLZ) 17000, Bank für Kärnten und Steiermark,
A-9020 Klagenfurt.
Payment of remaining hotel bill
You may pay your hotel bill in cash at the hotel.
Cash payments are eligible for a 1,5 % discount. You can also use your EC card, Eurocard, Mastercard or Visa credit card to pay the bill at the hotel, or you may want to pay the hotel bill by bank transfer to our account before starting your holiday.
Cancellation
If you cancel your booking six weeks before your arrival date, we will refund your deposit ( minus 22 Euros arrangement charge). If cancellations are made later than this date the deposit decays. If you cancel your holiday three weeks or less prior to your arrival date, we shall be obliged to charge you the agreed hotel costs -less € 15.- per day for adults and € 5.- per day for children if you have requested half-board. This also applies if you arrive at a later date or leave earlier than planned. We are able to offer cancellation insurance on request.
